Are First Aid Kits Workplace Compliant?
We provide a range of workplace compliant kits. Before purchasing a product you may wish to visit your state first aid code of practice to ensure that the kit is suitable for your needs, as requirements vary from state to state. Our friendly staff are able to provide advice on first aid kits requirements however we will not be held responsible or liable for the purchase of a unsuitable kit. Returns and Refund Policy
We will provide refunds under the following circumstances.
- The item is damaged or faulty on delivery
- The item is different from the description shown on this website
Suncoast First Aid will exchange or refund a product that meets the above return and refund requirements. You are required to return the product in its original condition, preferably in its box undamaged, together with proof of purchase.
If you have a problem with your order we require you “contact us within 7 days of receipt” of the order and products must be returned within “30 days of purchase“.
In these cases the Customer is required to pay the return freight to Suncoast First Aid.
You are not entitled to a refund when you:
- Simply change your mind or no longer want the goods;
- Special orders;
- Realise you can’t afford the goods;
- Found the same item at a cheaper price elsewhere;
- Choose the incorrect size and/or colour;
- Were responsible for causing the fault or defect.
- Suncoast First Aid reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee if the goods are returned without the original box, have clear signs of use or without the original product packaging and accessories.
